"The nose ring...oh gosh...This is like my big rebellion thing right here. I'm actually very clean cut, y'know--does well in school, has good friends and I didn't want to look back and say "oh, I didn't have any fun as a teenager," so I decided to get a nose ring. And everything I've done, y'know, all the shows I've done or the movies that I did actually loved the fact that I had the nose ring, except for Birds of Prey. They said that since I was from a small town--somehow small town people don't have nose rings (which I think is an arguable fact) but I did take it out. It filled in and I repierced it the day I got home. And they--actually, I think they're going to write it into the show, which is really sweet of them because--yeah--it's become part of my nose."
